Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between [Company legal name] (“Ruvma”, “we”) and the agency that signs up (“you”). By creating an account or using Ruvma, you accept them for your agency and confirm you may do so on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Ruvma reads the change requests your clients send by email, makes the edits on their websites through the connections you set up, checks the result and shows you a preview. We keep improving Ruvma, so features may change; we'll tell you before we remove something you rely on.

Keep your sign-in details safe, and give access only to people in your agency. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members approve. Tell us at [contact email] if you think someone else got in.

You keep all rights to your content and your clients' content: emails, files, websites and code. You let us use it only to run Ruvma for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

You confirm that you have the right to connect each mailbox, repository, WordPress site and Vercel project you connect, and to let Ruvma read it and make changes on your clients' behalf.

Ruvma proposes each change and shows it to you first. A change goes live only when someone in your agency approves it. Ruvma checks its work, but it uses AI and can make mistakes: review each preview before you approve it. You stay responsible for what goes live on your clients' sites and for your relationship with your clients.

Keep your own backups of your clients' sites. Ruvma keeps a history of its changes, but it isn't a backup service.

Don't use Ruvma to:

• change a site or read a mailbox you aren't allowed to;
• publish anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights;
• get around Ruvma's limits or security, or reach other customers' data;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer Ruvma, or overload it.

Ruvma works with services such as GitHub, Vercel, WordPress, Google, Microsoft and Anthropic. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them or for changes they make to how they work.

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any taxes. A free trial ends after the days shown when you start it. You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. [Refunds: to be decided.] We'll tell you at least [30] days before a price change takes effect.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Ruvma or others at risk; where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. When an account closes, we delete its information as the Privacy Policy describes.

Ruvma is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every change will be right.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

When we change these terms, we update the date above and tell you by email before a change that matters takes effect. Using Ruvma after that means you accept the new terms.
